Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients:​

For  12 3 inch pancakes:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup yogurt

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation:

  • In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

  • In a large bowl combine the wet ingredients. 

  • Add dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients.

  • Combine but do not over stir.

  • Cook in a lightly greased skillet.

  • Serve with maple syrup.
