Yogurt Pancakes
Ingredients:​
For 12 3 inch pancakes:

1 cup flour
-
1 teaspoon baking powder
-
½ teaspoon baking soda
-
2 tablespoons sugar
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
2 eggs
-
½ cup yogurt
-
½ cup water
-
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation:
-
In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
-
In a large bowl combine the wet ingredients.
-
Add dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients.
-
Combine but do not over stir.
-
Cook in a lightly greased skillet.
-
Serve with maple syrup.
