Pasta with Tuna, Peas & Cream
Ingredients:​
​For 6 servings:

1 package (454 grams) pasta of your choice

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 onion, finely diced
-
2 cups frozen peas
-
2 cans tuna (packed in water), drained
-
1 -473 ml container 35% cooking cream
-
1 tsp lemon zest
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
-
Freshly chopped parsley
Preparation:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt and cook pasta according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat olive oil and sauté onion for 3-4 minutes.

Add frozen peas and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.

Stir in tuna, cooking cream and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Drain pasta and stir into the tuna mixture. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
