Empty Bowls

This is our biggest fundraising event of the year.

Join us on Saturday, April 27th, 2024 from 11 am to 3 pm
(Rain date: May 4th.)
This wonderful event will take place in the parking lot of St. Columba by-the-Lake Church, 11 Ave. Rodney, Pointe-Claire, QC. There will also be live music! A fun time that is not to be missed.

Beautiful, handmade bowls and delicious soups will be sold ($25 for a bowl and a soup). All money raised will go directly to help fund our community programs.

Improving food security, one bowl at a time.

Thank you to all of the potters, volunteers, and community members that make this event possible.

If you are a potter and would like to donate some of your bowls, please get in touch by sending an email to programmes@corbeilledepain.com. Even though we receive the majority of the bowls in the two months preceding this event, we do accept donations year round.

Our Empty Bowls is a fundraising event that is held every Spring in collaboration with local potters. Beautiful hand-crafted pottery bowls are sold, in addition to some delicious soup to either enjoy on site or take home frozen. This is important to CDP since it benefits our three programs that serve West Island Community members experiencing food insecurity. This event also helps to increase awareness about the number of people who are struggling with food insecurity in our community.

We need volunteers for our April 27th event!

Please consider filing out the following form (click on the button below) to help us, in any way that you can, to make this event as successful as possible. Thank you.
